Loved the bands.They have a really good grip and don't slip at all during the workouts. The overall quality of the band is also superb. I bought them 2 months back, and they haven't lost their shape or elasticity.Just one suggestion for the company, if you could make a set of bands with the length of the band shorter, for smaller frame people.If you're new to bands, suggest you to buy the silicon ones first(easier to use and more flexible), then progress to the fabric bands.

I did quite some research before buying this. These are the best hip bands available in india currently. Though if you're a beginner you only need the lowest resistance band (the sky blue one). Because these bands aren't made of rubber so the resistance is really high. I myself use the other two rarely. But as I workout regularly, it turns out to be a very useful product for me.

The bands don't fold up unlike the rubber ones . I've been working with these bands for over a month now , please do buy these without a doubt .

Pretty good.Perfect for use. Using it for a month now have no complaints.Just don't know the exact tension of each band but still works great
