Douglas Oscar Maine Coon Cat Plush Stuffed Animal

I have been sleeping with this cat for more than a year, and for some reason I wake up every morning with my hand grabbing his tail or his paws. Is the perfect size for and adult that need something to grab while sleeping. The car still very soft and cuddling, but is the size of the tail or the paws that make it so good as sleeping company. Definitely recommend this push you.

I am an older woman who has always loved cats. Douglas (name brand) is so soft. I am a little? eccentric. think anyone from child on up would love this substantial cat.

This is a wonderful stuffed animal indeed. I bought it to give my elderly kitty Purrball as a companion, because she is getting rather frail in her old age. Oscar sleeps with her on the warm waterbed and keeps her company. Since Oscar is of a similar size and color as Purrball, I sometimes find myself doing a double take when I walk past the bedroom and glance in.....looks like I have two kitties now, LOL.The Oscar kitty does look like his picture, and his fur is soooooooo soft!! Quite cuddly indeed.I am sure that when my Purrball kitty passes on, I shall find myself cuddling with Oscar to take her place and comfort me when I go to bed at night.I would highly recommend this wonderful stuffed animal for anybody.Oscar will easily steal your heart, at any age. He has stolen mine, and I am 64yo.Meow, Oscar kitty!

My son and his girlfriend really want a Maine Coon Cat, and started talking like they were going to get one. But they live in a no-pet apartment. I got them this to give them that snuggly feeling and to prevent them from being impulsively stupid and getting themselves evicted. They were charmed. It is really soft and pettable, has sweet features, is flexible enough to play with -- they are playful kids and good actors. The thing is puppety, so they have fun with it. They call it Douglas. It is as big as a small cat, bigger than a kitten, but not as big as a real Maine Coon Cat. Could be a pillow for watching TV with. If it were weighted, or had a pocket for a hot pack, it would be a great anxiety relief object.

We lost a Maine coon cat to a road accident and my family and I were crushed. This plush toy has been perfect for easing my children’s grief. It’s a great size and the “mane” under his chin is perfect. This will be a special toy to us for years!

I bought this for comfort as I just lost my Maine Coon furbaby Kasper of 16yrs. I'm having a hard time healing over my loss of my furbaby. This Douglas Oscar Maine Coon plush stuffed animal is the most comforting thing for me right now. I am 77yrs of age, & comfort is part of healing!! I know it's only a replica of my furbaby, but I have something to hold close to my heart during my healing process!! This toy is worth every penny.......very soft & cuddly!!

I couldn't figure out why this cat didn't look right. My husband said it didn't even look like a cat. Then I figured it out. No whiskers! A cat needs whiskers. It would look so much better with whiskers. Seriously, the cat would look so much better.
