I have not used them yet, they are the same as my larger quiche tin so I presume they have the same qualities.

Exactly as described and exactly what I wanted. Although the cases are quite shallow, you can use them to make pies, provided your pastry is firm enough to stand above the edge. Have used these for sweet and savoury quiche and tarts, and also to create tortilla baskets - just fold the wrap or tortilla into the dish and bake in a moderately hot oven until crisp. The baked items come out easily, the removable bases definitely help, and washing them is easy too.

Great little tins! Used them already, easy to clean, and make a very decent size mini quiches. Recommended.

I found these tins to be of very high quality and were perfect to make individual tarts etc.

Works well for making little pies and tarts, good having the loose bottom making it easier to remove when the delectable morsel is cooked, yum yum.
