I unintentionally over processed my hair recently and was so distressed with the lifeless, straw like hair. I tried everything from high end hair products, but no significant improvement. This shampoo with the conditioner, mask and oil I purchased, after two uses, my hair returned to its healthy, soft and smooth condition! Totally recommend

The price is pretty high for this repairing shampoo, so I had high expectations. Unfortunately, it does not live up to the price tag. Trust me when I say there are other brands out there that work miracles for damaged hair that are in this same price range. This needs to be reformulated or the price lowered since it reminds me of a basic shampoo.

At first I tried using this as a regular shampoo to clean my hair when it was greasy. A lot came out of the bottle, so beware it pours out quickly on its own. I had about a quarter sized amount or more that I tried washing my greasy hair with. I could not get the shampoo to suds up. I decided to wash my hair using my regular shampoo first. After my hair was clean, I decided to just use this shampoo on my hair from about the nape of my neck downward. Doing this, I was able to get the shampoo to suds up well. I rinsed well, and once my hair was dry I noticed a complete difference in how my hair felt. My hair felt super smoothe. I am not sure how long this smoothe feeling will last, but it has been a few days and my hair is still silky smoothe. The scent is a faint pleasant smell, at matches the online description of white flower.The online product description states this product contains 90% ingredients of natural origin. I cannot attest as to whether or not this is true. The back of the bottle has a ton of ingredients and most of them I have no idea what they are. See my picture of the ingredients list on the bottle for your review.This product is made in France, and perhaps it is not a standard in France to put safety seals on products. This product did not come with a safety seal on it. Other reviews mention the same thing.Overall, this product made my hair feel amazing. It is a small bottle at 1.7 ounces, which is pretty much travel sized. If you can get away with using a sparing amount on your hair, or just use it on the bottom of your hair, you may be able to make this product last longer. I personally wouldn't purchase this in the future due to the cost and size of the bottle alone, as well as the lengthy ingredient list.

I will say that I think some other reviewers have misunderstood the use of this product possibly.Looks just like the pics, mine arrived with no issues. Used last night for the first time.One thing to NOTE, I used to use ola-cough-plex quite a bit back when I was coloring my hair often, and tbh this reminds me *A LOT* of that, just at a bit of a lower price point (as of this review it's $2.00 less an ounce-for the travel size I received. If you go bigger, e.g. the 16.9oz which I'll be buying and IT'S ALREADY IN MY CART, it's even MORE of a price difference, about $7.00 less an ounce). YAYYY!So yes I was paying for that because it was worth it. Every penny. This makes my hair feel the EXACT.same.way, so soft and healthy, no frizz, shiny, just awesome. Pleasant v.light scent as well.I haven't colored my hair in quite some time, but for every day use, you can get a good bit of use out of this, despite its small size. Because I am just repairing split ends and v.frequent use of my chi hair tool, and it's not damaged from coloring or bleaching, it's not necessary to use it more than about once a week, based on my frequency with other said similar product. And I have about average length hair too, about midway down my back, for reference. So after last night's use, I still have quite a bit left in the bottle. This is a friggin STEAL in the larger 16.9 ounce for what it does. Excellent hair self care at a great price point, yes please!!
