Ugglys S2 Electronic Pet Dog (Styles May Vary)

My son is obsessed with The Ugglys. So, naturally I bought this for Christmas. He loves it. It has a rubbery feel to it and my hand fits in it perfectly, so there is plenty of room for my son's hand to fit in. It makes all the gross noises like farting and burping. There is a button on the collar that is a fly and it makes the buzzing sound a fly makes. It's all the gross things my son loves. lol

There's really only one thing you need to know about this toy. It makes a lot of gross noises - farts and burps. Can you handle hearing variations of those sounds over and over? If so then your kid might be in heaven (not so much for you) because this is the kind of gross toy a lot of kids like.The Ugglys S2 is a little hand puppet. When you open the mouth a burp or fart will emit (as well as a perhaps a couple of other odd sounds). There's a dial on the side that makes the burp or fart go up and down the scale. If you keep the mouth open a long time it emits a long fart/burp. Shut it and it stops within a second or two. So plan on sitting at your desk or table and having your kid come up behind you with this at the side of your head. Oh yeah, sounds like parental hell. That said, I can see obnoxious adults buying this as well and having fun with it.A lot of kids (and some adults) are going to love this toy and that's where it counts. I'm giving it four stars instead of five because I'm not sure how much staying power this has.

If you like a little gross in some toys, you will probably like Belcher, the Dalmatian. The Ugglys is a hand puppet that makes, shall we say, embarrassing sounds. It is pretty darn ugly, too. It is still fun for the child to sneak up on his grandpa and scare him with a really loud burp. We had some fun with this one. I would say it has limited play time and would be appropriate for only a few kids who can appreciate it.

So what is this thing? It's an ugly dog puppet which makes mostly fart sounds when you operate its mouth or press a button on its collar. That's pretty much it. The toy is cute looking (in an ugly sort of way) I thought this might make a fun halloween toy--it reminded me a lot of Boglins which were a toy from my childhood. I am in-between children of the suggested age range at the moment, but I suspect a young kid would love it. Be warned though-- this is about the most annoying toy imaginable.

How do I begin.....it's a stuffed dog that when you put your hand in its mouth. ...it burps, farts, makes weird noises, and the sound of flies flying around the dog. If this is something you'd just LOVE...then this is the toy for you. Also, according to grandma, it makes the sounds without you putting your hand in its mouth. Apparently, grandma thinks it's pretty cute (well she is almost 70 years old). It's made well...so if you're looking for a farting, burping stuffed dog....this is it!

Growing up, we always played with and loved hand puppets(actually, all puppets!). It may not be clear from the product information, but this is a hand puppet! Lately, it has been difficult to find hand puppets in toy stores which is a pity, since they are a great way for parents to interact with quality time with their kids, as well as kids to interact among themselves. Kids should love this puppet since it makes a variety of funny sounds which they can adjust a bit with a knob and a button. The puppet also makes some noises every now and then on its own. I love the fact that when you put your hand in the puppet to manipulate the face by closing and opening the mouth, the sound is activated. Each time you move the mouth it makes a funny sound. That should appeal to kids. It appeals to me!Unpacking was also very easy with just one fiber cord that needed to be untied. The instructions are very good and even explain how to unpack(but you have to open the box to get to the instructions).It takes three AAA batteries which are not included, but it does come with three temporary batteries(for demonstration purposes) already installed.With kids today spending too much time with electronic devices, this hand puppet is a great way to teach them personal interaction skills.

I'm giving this five stars for cuteness and play appeal. My five year old granddaughter loves this thing, and so does her ten year old sister. It is ugly, but ugly cute, like a pug or bulldog. It also makes some funny/gross noises, which seem to really tickle the funnybone of the younger set. They had a blast playing with it. It is kind of like a puppet, and they can put their hand in the back and work the mouth as the funny noises crack them up. I think this is a very original toy. It does take AAA batteries. Your kids will love it. Mine did.

Brought as a Christmas Gift, and it was a big hit with the whole family - the grown ups enjoyed it as much as the kiddies did!Great array of of really gross noises. I especially love it when the swarming flies sound randomly goes off automatically!! It's got a life of its own!!Didn't get to chose which of the Uggly dogs you received- which would be a shame if you would like a different one for each of your children. But not a problem for us!

My son loves it. All the disgusting noises are perfect for my 7 year old!! I hate it though but thats not really important I guess

could do a little more lol tho kids happy

Pleased I got it when it was half price as it certainly isn't worth £30. My 6 year old does think it's hilarious.
