My husband has taken up walking and i wouldn't allow him to go without a first aid kit after watching 127hours.. Where a man gets trapped under a bolder and has to chop his own arm off to survive.. I am very dramatic but my husband, nephew inlaw and friends are crazy and would do something crazy and not walk the known paths.. (women last longer than men lol) This first aid kit is perfect its light and well stocked the only thing missing was scissors but i bough some and added them. You also only get 1 blister plaster so i would suggest buying more and adding them to the kit but its perfect.. I will recommend this product to all. Thank you
