Works OK. However the clasp broke on its first use.

For the price its a solid piece of compact kit, I've used it to do sled drags amd sprints with 50-100 Pounds of weight for over 4 months with no noticable wear on the harness. That said there isn't a whole lot of padding on the shoulders, but it hasn't been something I've noticed alot while using it.

Nice quality for the price. Disliked the cheap metal ring. They pulled apart when my 12 year old average size daughter was pulling a tire. Once we changed it out it worked fine.
