apparantly people dont know how to grade items accurately
screen came damaged and the screen also bounces when i apply the pen. It is extremely slow and battery life is pathetic. The second i ran 2-3 apps at the same time it freezes adn the fan gets so loud it sound slike its about the grow a pair of wings and fly back to the facotry

Very poor conditions, far from excellent.
The device I received was in a very sad state. Every corner was badly scratched and damaged. On the back there were even more marks, with missing paint coating. A device in this state should be graded C, absolutely not "Excellent" conditions. It looks like, it was taken from the rubbish, I think I have never seen an electronic device so poorly kept. I asked for a replacement, but I was told to send back the device and place a new order, but I am not incline to do so until I get my money back.

Item had faulty display
Wasn't expecting such an obvious fault. bottom right corner of screen had excess light, and a number of white dots what ever was being displayed. I've returned this, and bought a new renewed surface pro 7, and all seems to be well with the replacement.
