I've been using this face mask consistently for nearly five years. I have dry, sensitive skin, and I also use tretinoin, which increases its sensitivity. (note: I don't have acne-prone skin, but I think this mask would be just fine for people who do.) This mask is so soothing and so moisturizing. I still look forward to putting it on every night. Never had any adverse reaction to this - doesn't irritate or cause acne. My skin still feels soft and moisturized when I wake up in the morning.The consistency of this product is pretty different from the other popular la neige sleeping masks. I have tried the water sleeping mask and the new bouncy and firm sleeping mask, and I personally have found that both are not moisturizing enough for me, and I almost feel like they dry out my skin more. The cica mask has a really different texture - it's creamier and thicker than the other la neige masks, and I think that is why it does a better job of moisturizing. So if other la neige masks haven't worked for you, give this one a try. I can't imagine ever buying another sleeping mask. I would honestly pay way more money for this one too - it's such a reasonable price for such a good quality sleep mask.

Bought this on Prime day sale and the product is genuine. I have purchased this from sephora in the past and its a really great moisturizer. It can be used in the day or night.. light or thick layer depending on the skin needs. It is very calming and acts like a healing/ recovery cream as well. Very moisturizing.. it can sting the eyes a little bit.

Overnight hydration without greasy feel. Love, little goes a long way. Using it this Summer…. Excited to see its awesome Winter benefits as well.

I bought because cica is the natural plant for the skin not the chemical product for my health, I will purchase again, my skin is younger, moisturized and firm and my skin barrier is better

I live in Colorado where the winters are dry as a bone. In my multiple decades living here, I've never been able to find a moisturizer that lasts all day. I know this is a night time mask but with my dry skin living in an arid climate, I add it as my last step in my routine. It's wonderful! I also have very sensitive skin and it doesn't break me out. I LOVE IT! My face doesn't hurt from dryness anymore!

I wear this cream year round. I apply it before bed after washing up and in the morning after a shower, especially in the wintertime. It is soothing for summer skin and chapped winter skin. I don’t get irritation or feel sticky after applying. I like the design of the jar as I can get very last bit of product out with ease. I always feel like my skin looks softer and more even textured, and I appreciate being able to use one product to achieve that rather than a handful of more expensive products.

I wanted to love this because of the great reviews; but I didn’t. It didn’t hydrate my face any differently than the lotion I usually use. There is no scent so that was a plus, but I otherwise won’t repurchase
