Lestoil Concentrated Heavy Duty Cleaner, 48 Fl Oz (Pack of 2)

Old-fashioned product that takes out stains, including red wine. Rinse out your stain first, pour on small amount of Lestoil and let it sit overnight. Put item in washing machine with detergent. Voilà.

Love this stuff. Gets set in oil stains out of clothes like nobody’s business!

It works well and is not easy to find at stores

Contractor by trade. Lestoil removes tar and oil stains from clothing, like nothing else. Treat the stains with it, give it a quick scrub, let it sit for a half hour and launder in hot water. Works like a champ. Not the greatest smelling, but it works great.

It’s got cleaning power removes oil great and tar

We used this when I was growing up in the 70's. My mom always swore by it for getting grass stains out of sports uniforms. Now, I use it to get newspaper ink stains out of clothing and it works just as well for that. The pine smell is, well, overpowering but it's not bad if you spot treat with it. I always have a bottle in the laundry room and one under the kitchen sink.

This has changed from years ago but is still a good product. It is really good for kitchen grease removal and I have used it to remove grease from clothes in the past. (Husband was heavy equipment mechanic). Distinctive smell that I like, but some might not.
