Military!!!!
For anyone in the military or has gotten out read this!!!!This is 90% identical to the military (armory) issued bipod foregrip. The plastic is not a cheap plastic it’s thick and can take a beating. I don’t slam my bipod to the ground however I do come down on it with some decent force to plant it and it hasn’t given out on me. This bipod is great all around however there’s a reason it’s only getting 4stars and not 5. There’s some okay when it comes to “tilt” which means if you aren’t aware of this you can accidentally Kant/tilt your weapon without realizing it. This is one of those things where it’s a good and bad situation, good because of the ground is uneven it can help level your weapon, but bad if the ground is level and you need to get shots off quickly it adds another few seconds to remember to not accidentally Kant it while sighted in. Other than that this is one of those products where you get way more than what you pay for especially since the marine corps issued one costs $200 and performs near the same.

Acc rail won’t hold accessories
The grip is very well made, you definitely won’t hate the quality of it. The bipod leaves nothing to be desired, regardless of the price. The accessory rail, however, simply isn’t to spec. I tried several accessories that fit on spec rails and they all flop around on this one. I’m hoping the mounting screw holes are spec so I can mount an aftermarket piece on there. If so, still we’ll worth the low cost. Heck, it’s worth 5x what they’re selling it for.

ARQ certified
Must have for new ARQ USMC course of fire. Love this thing and the price. I bought 2 and let a buddy borrow the 2nd for range week.

Good basic grip, non folding, not adjustable bipod
Well built, quality materials, good design, but not accurate description. The bipod release is a flush button {see oval ribbed area on pic}on front or back facing side, depending how you mount it. It takes some pressure or with the addition of pushing the legs in to release, and once open an extended, there is no height adjustment. The grip itself is sturdy, but legs have front\back movement when extended.

GB 6-9 inch outdoor bipod
The Green Blob bipod is not a match in quality with the Atlas BT10. But for people like me who’s short on the budget or doesnt feel like spending $300 on a bipod for once in awhile trip to the range plinking at a 100 yard target with an AR, it’s a satisfactory bipod to me and meets my expectation in holding up my rifle’s front end from a bench shooting position. The bipod’s knob in the bottom of the bipod always loosens up that after awhile becomes an irritation. I saw in YouTube a fix to the loosening of the screw problem using rubber O rings. The legs extend to 9 inches and if the shooting position is from a prone or from a sitting position with the rifle on the bench, the bipod does it’s job. It has not broken down in the few months I’ve owned and used it. So if the bipod’s use is for occasional trip to the range on flat surface or laying down on the ground on a flat dirt on a private property the low Amazon price is very reasonable so long as ones expectation is based on type of use not for competition. The bipod fit and finish is satisfactory to me and for most who will not use the GB bipod for sports competition or wilderness activities and will not notice detailed differences between the GB and the high end expensive Atlas BT10 and likely will not matter. The finish will get a scratch once used since the paint is not scratch resistant but it’s the reason the bipod has a very affordable price and it’s made in China. It also swivel a bit side to side and also the rifle can be panned but be aware the tightening knob on the bottom will also loosen up and become very loose requiring the bipod knob to be retightened or the legs will separate from it’s mount.

One of two inoperable
I ordered 2 of these and one doesn’t work. Spring does not eject bipod.

Not perfect, but the price is right!
As noted by other reviewers, the large hand-but on bottom loosens up constantly, which makes this thing an unbelievable pain in the @$$ while hunting. I'll try the o-ring fix mentioned in another review.Complaint #2 is the color, also mentioned by other reviewers. Rather than flat dark earth, I would describe it as almost metallic pink. In fact, my teenage daughter has an Iphone that is called "rose gold" and they are almost exactly the same color! Even if you really want FDE, I would stick with black or plan on dura-coating it with actual FDE.Final complaint, if you plan on using it for hunting, it can be extremely noisy, especially when deploying the legs (as in preparing to take a shot. You know, that moment when you really, REALLY need to avoid making noise!). The button that locks the legs down tends to snap into place with an almost bell-like TING! It is possible to avoid this if you're careful, but if you're focusing on that deer or elk you're about to tag, it's easy to forget that noisy button! In spite of all that, I still feel that it is a fairly good deal, considering the rock-bottom price. In this case, you get a little more than you pay for.
