I read some reviews re the instructions being unclear though Ive found the opposite, what an easy phone to set up and to use. My mother has Alzheimer's so she doesn't make phonecalls using the address book or uses any of the other functions, I've programmed the three most common numbers for mum to ring in the 3 large Memory buttons, which is great, she answers calls pressing the silver speaker button and says goodbye and presses the same button. So easy. Great phone.

Caller's name is called out for saved numbers, so recipient knows who is calling before they get to the phonePhoto buttons make it easy to dial out to 3 favourite numbers such as family

I work in a very loud environment, and spend a lot of time on the phone. I found it difficult to find a phone sufficiently loud enough to hear anyone with all the background noise. Now with the GeeMarc phone I can now hear everyone very clearly, and can boost the volume to whatever level I need when the background noise is particularly loud. I am happy with this purchase and it has made my job a lot easier.

Phone is very good and does exactly what we need it for as a wall mounted unit.
