The height just right. Firmness good 70%. I normally like it super firm. This one is little softer that I expected. But I’ll do. If you want it soft. This pillow is not for you. If you has a bigger head it will be too soft for you.This pillow gives the good support for aide and back sleeper.

This pillow is well worth the money!!!! It’s far superior then any other gel pillow I’ve ever purchased, and there have been a few!! I’ve purchased gel pillows over a 100$ that claimed to keep you cool, needless to say they did not and this 20$ gem actually cools!! Not only does it cool but it has helped me sleep soundly no tossing and turning and NO MORE NECK PAIN! This has literally been the best $20 ever spent! Don’t wait if you are on the fence, BUY IT!!!

One always takes a chance ordering a pillow sight unseen so I'm not complaining, this pillow just wasn't for me. The cooling quality was admittedly good but the memory foam is of poor quality. The best way to describe it would be like sleeping on a block of rigid styrofoam. My other memory foam pillows have some give and softness. If you're looking for something cool and super firm, this pillow will do the job, otherwise, look elsewhere.

I should have known better when I ordered this pillow, because the price was so low. SensorPEDIC pillows are much more expensive, and they come in a box. The brand of this pillow is Soft-tex and it has zero support for your neck. It literally goes flat when you lay on it. If you want a genuine SensorPEDIC pillow, do not order this one.

Need something to replace my old out of shape pillow that I loved. I’m a side sleeper and need support on my neck this is deff doing the job a little to stiff for my liking at first but the foam is loosening up a bit. First pillow that I actually feel cool which is just an added bonus.

Definitely a step up from my standard pillows, it has reduced my neck/shoulder pain substantially. The high side, for side-sleeping is a tad too low for my liking, but overall, I am really happy with this product. I definitely notice that the "cooling" feature does help when I have my hot flushes at night.

This is the BEST PILLOW I've ever owned. Very soft, very good quality foam! Neck support is awesome and comfortable. It's a lot bigger and fluffier than other neck-support memory foam pillows. The support vs softness balance seems just right. The gel lining is a bonus. My head sometimes gets hot at night, this gel thing solves that! You can't go wrong with this! :)

Es un buen producto fresco pero al ponerle la funda se pierde la frescura se ve que nunca perderá su forma pero aún así tiene pequeños defectos de fábrica como orificios en la parte de atrás o cortadas a los lados es un poco baja para mí gusto pero aún así resulta ser muy comoda

Muy buena calidad de almohada, el memory foam es semi-firme y brinda mucha comodidad, soporte a diferencia de las almohadas comunes, solo el tamaño es mediano bien podría ser mas grande y que no cambie tanto el precio!

La durabilidad que se persive es buena, es firme y suave al mismo tiempo. También es cómoda.Sin embargo no es tan fresca como se esperaría, la almohada es más plana de lo que se espera.En general el producto es bueno a secas, el costo me parece excesivo para lo que ofrece.
