The camera is well made; Has a metal mounting stand. That's rare these days.I use the camera behind glass and it works very well. If you need to use the camera behind glass, you simply turn off IR and turn on moon mode, This camera see's very well in the dark without IR.Most camera uses IR for night vision. The problem with IR when using through window glass is it reflects and blinds the camera lens making it impractical to use at night behind glass, looking through. So most cameras are useless at night looking through a window. You would either don't use IR or mount camera outside. I prefer mounting inside looking out.This camera has a moon mode so the camera sees very well in the dark without IR being used.Fantastic software included with this camera. In my opinion some of the best software available.Motion detection is very accurate with this camera, has 4 zones for special areas you may need detection in.Very easy to set up, it's almost like it sets itself up. What gets better than that...I will be getting another one of these for another mounting location.Tech support is very responsive, as they are helping me learn how to adjust the motion and zone controls. Now that I understand how to make these adjustments, (very simple by the way) the camera and software is great.I will get another one of these cameras for another location.The phone app works very well too.Added 12/18/16Now I have time in working with this camera. I must say this camera and software is some of the best I have used over the years.Software is amazing, letting you fine tune this camera if your into that. Otherwise it's very nice in it's default mode.

It's a decent camera for the price, but it requires Flash to view the video and most browsers are starting to disable Flash. I doubt this will continue to work in the future unless the manufacturer updates the firmware for HTML 5 video.UPDATE:It stopped working after 1 year. It boots up, and stops working after 10mns.

Sad to say but after owning 3 of these cameras , two of them have become blurry and audio is ‘cracking up’...At $150 a piece I thought I would get more time than a year and a half!Would love customer service to reach out to me through this email.

the picture is average at best. For the price it (and since it doesn't have pan tilt or zoom) it should have a great picture and the night vision should be much better. I'm not rating the app here but the "Anyscene" app is plane Jane and jumpy. Not worth the money.

Although I like the build quality of this camera and easy setup, I was not very impressed with the picture quality and field of view. I returned it and purchased a D-Link camera.

So yall choose what people want see. so if I'm not happy with yall yall don't post it .but if everything is OK yall are happy to post it. the people need to know what products yall are selling without technical support especially when it comes to electronics.

I continue to utilize the Trivision 1080P resolution cameras for their hardware performance and especially for their accompanying software for controlling the cameras..Exemplary in most respects with improved Wide Dynamic Range reputedly on the way.

Failed after a week.

Picture and system are working fine, But the camera keep off-line, we have checked neither side of internet Wi-Fi both are working strong and the camera still remain off-line ?

2 way audio would make this a really good value if it was added
