Looks like metal, Works & Cheap!
It didn't cost very much it looks just like metal it was cheap and after hung you couldn't tell a difference between metal and plastic. So why pay an extra $5-$6 more for a metal one? Just a hint, I used a little super glue just to make sure that it would stay secure on the top after adhering the nails in to secure! Now as long as it doesn't melt, because where I live it gets so super ridiculously hot, the sun even melts some street signs & rearview mirrors do not stay attached in cars! Hence my often use of double securing things in advance with super glue! :-)

Terrible return and refund policy
Arrived too late for us to use; the product looked cheap and was very thin plastic.Return policy was unclear; notified that we would only be refunded $ .56 of the original $ 4.53.Would advise caution in ordering from Chance Hardware.

Arrived next day. No damages. The only reason I give this 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because the nails are short in length so it made it hard to hammer them in without them falling a few times first.
