It has lasted for years but, I still use it.

i purchased one of these at marshalls and i have loved it. i only paid $13.00. it just recently broke. so i decided to go to amazon to get another one. holy crap it iwas $24.00....i almost didnt pay that price. it was way more money. i went to walmart and bought a new jug for $14.00 and purchased two of them. what a piece of junk. they are going back today as i went online and bought this jug. its what i should have done in the first place. i will not waste my time anymore on junky products. this one is by far the best jug i have ever owned and i will probably purchase another one really soon. trust me....best jug ever for cold stuff....not sure about hot stuff.

Let me start by saying that in general I really like this brand. I have a 32 oz bottle that I use every day. The outer coating is coming off but it's still a great tumbler. My issue with the 50oz product is that the lid doesn't seal. Not only is it NOT watertight - but if you try to lift it by the loop in the lid, the bottle will fall off the bottom. In this case it nearly broke my toe! If it weren't a year later (when I finally needed to fill it and use it), I'd reach out to the vendor to see if they can replace it. It's pretty obvious that it was never used. But test the lid and try it underload" full of water and ice before you throw away the receipt. As I said - I love these IF THEY AREN'T defective but a water bottle with a lid that won't stay on is basically a giant cup.

Great product for keeping hot liquids sealed and warm

This is my second jug.The reason I "needed" the second one is because the loop part of the lid broke. Annnd they don't sell the lid on its own. So it was the perfect reason for a second one, which I can swap the lid onto my smaller, 32 oz no problem.It is leak proof.Sturdy. (The body anyway)Ideal for all seasons.It does not fit in any cup holders but who cares.So again, it's my second jug due to the lid loop breaking.It's my second lid loop that broke 🤦🏼‍♀️I'm bummed. I DID glue it with e-6000 and haven't used it since Sunday (it's now Tuesday) in hopes it'll hold up.Fingers crossed!Otherwise I have 2 stainless steel jugs with no lidsBut. If all works, I'll be one happy camper.

Arrived with a dent on the bottom edge which prevents the bottom from sitting completely flush on a flat surface. The bottle does seem pretty sturdy though. Upon first use it is leak proof and it’s durability seems substantial.
