Good for cleaning.

Because each link is not flush, it means that it will scratch your cast iron or carbon steel pans. It's not very well made and for the price, I expected it to be decent. I ended up getting a cheaper one that was better made with flush links.

Made a great filler for my husband's Advent calendar, fit nicely in the small spot, which is always a challenge! Can be used on his cast iron skillets, griddle and grill. Excellent little gift for a reasonable price. Definitely recommend!

I hope I'd be able to replace iron wool with this but the chain links are far too large and smooth .

This thing is durable. Very good quality and won't fall apart during heavy scrubbing. Not like other wimpy chainmail pan scrubbers. Quality of stainless is fantastic as well, mine has zero tarnish.

Nice size, works great

Pros.Just the right size for cleaning those stainless steel thermoses. Just drop one in with a few drops of soap and a little hot water or white vinegar and shake, roll, and swirl. It will take a while but no bottle brush comes close to the cleaning one of these can provide.This was the first thing that could finally attack the coffee stains inside the thermos.Con:The rings on the chain mail are not fully closed and can come detached, but none have completely separated yet. (the only reason this is not 5 stars)
