Very good portable unit that does work well for various exercises. Appears well made and is holding up well. Only complaint is you can not buy any replacement parts.

I really like the solid build quality of this set. Everything about it seems to be of very good quality and should last for years. The cords themselves are quite firm - even one pair gives you a good light workout, so expect using three to be good and challenging. My only small gripe is that in the process of switching muscle groups, you have to repeatedly readjust the straps. In itself, that's not too big a deal, but I think it might help if there were markings on the straps to remind you where your settings are and to help you set them evenly when you do change workouts. But like I say, it's a small gripe for an otherwise quality product. Recommended.

The bar and foot straps provide tons of workout options. It's so easy to adjust the resistance as 6 total resistant bands are included that can be added as necessary. The versatility of this equipment makes it superior to traditional resistant bands and well worth the purchase.

After COVID I have building my own home gym and this was a great addition. It offers more variety in exercises and resistance while being easy to use anywhere.
