Rough Country 2" Loaded N3 Leveling Struts for 2019-2024 Chevy/GMC 1500-501065

Replaced my standard LT front struts with these. Eliminated the rabbit hopping up a rough long driveway. They brought the front of the truck up higher than the back. I bought load assist rear shocks which have a spring on them for extra load capacity. This brought the rear of the truck up, almost dead level with the front. The truck is parked on a hill in the photos but it is almost dead level. Was able to get aligned with no issue. If you want to level your truck, these are great with the consideration of the rear shocks. I guess I could say these shocks are slightly stiffer than factory, but in my opinion the factory shocks are too soft. I think these are just right and I would recommend them.

I got tired of waiting for Bilstein 5100s to come in. They were on back order everywhere. So I got my money back and I contacted rough country about these shocks after coming across them randomly here on Amazon and I was told they wouldn’t fit my 21 TrailBoss. Apparently rough country doesn’t know their own products. I ordered them anyway to give them a shot and These loaded 2” lift strut and shocks fit my truck perfect ! They ride amazing. Very comfortable on whatever terrain I’m on. I do a lot of fishing, hunting and traveling, so my truck sees a lot of different places. Note: I’m a mechanic by trade, that’s why I decided to order them anyway, they don’t look any different then the shocks I had on my 14 and 18 Silverado. For the price on a loaded set of struts, you won’t find anything better !

When I went to purchase these a first went to rough county's website to get the right part number for my truck, when I put it in Amazon and found them it said it wouldn't fix my truck, but I ordered them anyways because they had the same part numbers, overall I'm happy with my purchase though.

I was looking at strut spacers to lift the front of my 2021 Silverado RST but for about $200 more I’m very happy with these new struts. They’re a LITTLE bit stiffer, firmer ride and a little bit less roll at highway speed than the stock Z71 ranchos but still relatively smooth over potholes.

Great product

This product is making a weird metal rolling sound after driving for at least 20-30 minutes. I have taken this to two well respected mechanics in my area and they both said they are not sure what the sound is. They suggested to take theses off and put the stock ones back on. They said that everything looks to be installed correctly. Also I figured that the struts would settle a little bit but they settled almost 1.25 inches. So it’s like I got a .75 inch leveling kit. These struts are supposed to be better on the front end and it appears that is not the case. When I contacted Rough County they told me that they have not had any problems with this product and that they couldn’t help me. They only thing they did was verified that I have the right part number to match my truck. The instructions that came with these were not correct either. Wrong size tools and steps for my truck.
