We replaced the light fitting in our dining room and then decided that the old rocker switch that had been there since the house was built could now do with a serious update . Enter this high tech touch light dimmer switch . It was very well packed and looked amazing. It took a little while to glance at the instruction leaflet but to be honest it was straightforward enough. It comes in three separate sections there is the actual electrical component, the mounting plate and the face plate . Fitting was a simple process the only concern was that the back box would be deep enough to hold the switch gear, it was and therefore fitting took less than 5 mins . The only mistake I made was to fit the mounting / wall plate the wrong way round but once that was re fitted it was easy. Once wired and the mounting plate screwed to the wall all of the other parts are click fitted onto this wall plate , this requires quite a bit of force so be brave and push hard . Now it’s on it looks fab and works really well . I would say that it is fairly good value for money although I wish I had gone for a wifi compatible switch now . No doubt I will be replacing the switches in my kitchen and lounge very shortly

Bought to replace a standard "on/off" switch in our kitchen as led lights can be a little harsh. Pleasantly surprised by the quality and ease of fitting. Instructions were clear enough, though I'd suggest taking a pic of the wiring of your old switch before disconnecting to avoid any issues. Went straight into the old fitting (narrow partition stud wall). I took the precaution of getting dimmable bulbs first (also from Amazon) to avoid flicker (none at all). Used to control a four bulb unit and works flawlessly from almost zero to full brightness. Some people have said the backlight isn't bright enough. Sure, not very bright during the day, but ample in darkness. These people must have struggled to find an ordinary, non-backlit switch or wouldn't be making these comments. Very happy with purchase, would definitely buy from them again, highly recommended.

I got this switch to replace a standard switch in my daughters room. Fitting it was relatively straight forward but i did need to cut the wires within the box to make the switch fit but all in all fitting was fine. We also have smart lights (phillips hue) within the bedrooms. When tested with the smart lights we notied that we can get alexa to turn them off but would not turn back on. When turning the lights off you noticed the blue LED on the switch dim. So i don't think it can be set to be a permanent "on" switch. I think it detects the reduction in flow of electricity and power down the switch. The switch also comes with a capacitor in the box . From my understanding that is there to stop lights flickering and maintain a constant flow of power to the light. But the size of the capacitor may cause a few issues fitting it. Luckily we did not need to use this. It looks nice on the wall and seems to work well as a simple switch.

This is an absolute bargain, works perfect and looks stylish. Bought the 3 way gang for my kitchen as I have breakfast bar lights, single light and up lights around the drop ceiling. Will definitely buy more for my other rooms, highly recommend

Lights flicker even with ballast fitted. 1st one failed immediately and replacement failed after a couple of days but return period closed as not fitted immediately.

Superb quality & value for money. Better instructions would have been appreciated. It was not clear that have to click into place the fixing plate to the connection box. Otherwise is great as was easy to install as line for line replacement. Just had to switch off at main & connect the live & neutral wires. It looks so stylish & expensive even though under £20.

Firstly couldn't get the actual metal back plate to clip onto the control module. It's impossible, so you just have to push it back against the module and manouvre the module with your fingers and hope it aligns with the glass touch panel once you clip it on. However, if you flip the metal plate backwards, it DOES clip to the control module, I did this at first and then realised it wouldn't clip onto the glass plate. So in other words, the metal back plate clips onto to the front and the back.. from the front. That has to be a design error. Another annoying thing, the only way to take the glass panel off is by prying it off with a screwdriver, hence damaging and scatching it in my case. Why does it need to clip on? Why can't it just slide on gracefully from the top, ie slide down to close, slide up to release. Anyway, as I was opening/closing it/trying to get it assembled, it stopped working compltely, I had to reopen it and check connections, then it lit up again... great... closed it up, not working. Then it wouldn't work at all, despite me playing around with the wires, I gave up. All the connections were fine, so I returned it and don't intend on getting a replacement. Even if I could get it to work, I found the assembly process such a pain since the thing doesn't even clip on.

1 gang 1 way is a Great quality product. Well packaged. Easy to install. Just make sure you read the instructions and DON'T touch the switch pad until the glass panel is installed. The 1 gang 2 way was a nightmare. I bought two. The black section containing the terminals would not seat into the metal plate as per instructions nor if you reverse the plate. Sent those items back. No such hassle with the 1,gang 1 way kit. If your back box is less than 30mm depth use a "Spacer" Which are the 10mm clear plastic sections in the images. This means you don't need to chisel out and replace a back box less the 35mm in depth. The switch is all white in colour and 9mm depth.

Installé début janvier 2023, à super bien fonctionné jusqu'à il y a une semaine, le tactique ne fonctionne plus, heureusement la commande via l'app fonctionne.. assez gênant au bout de 3 mois d'utilisation !

Réception rapide et propre. Installation facile. Joli rendu, design moderne et sobre. Fonctionne parfaitement et facilement.
