It's a must have
I love this vinegar. I pickle my own ginger in it. I also slice a cucumber and put in the vinegar. Such a great taste. It doesn't have a harsh taste at all.

This is the only unsweetened rice vinegar I buy - I make a lot of stir-fries and this ingredient is frequently included.
