Having tried a few products from Nutrition Geeks in the past and been very impressed with the results, I decided to give their turmeric supplement a try, and it did not disappoint. After a recent shoulder and neck injury caused severe inflammation and pain, I initially relied on ibuprofen and ice packs, but the relief was minimal and short-lived. After hearing that turmeric could help reduce inflammation, I decided to give it a try, though I was sceptical due to previous experiences with other brands that had yielded little to no results. It wasn’t until I learned that turmeric's active ingredient, curcumin, needs to be paired with black pepper and ginger for better absorption that I understood why those other supplements had been ineffective. I was thrilled to find that Nutrition Geeks’ formulation included these crucial components, giving me confidence in its potential effectiveness. Despite their small size, these tablets seem to be quite effective and are easy to swallow, which is a much-appreciated change from the larger capsules I’ve used in the past. Since I started taking them in June, I’ve noticed a significant improvement, with the discomfort in my shoulder and neck easing considerably. Although I can’t say for sure, I believe this supplement has contributed to that improvement. If you're new to taking turmeric supplements, as I was, patience is key. The effects aren't instant and may take time to become noticeable, so don't be discouraged if you don't see immediate results. In my experience, it took about a month of consistent use before I began to notice any benefits. Give it time, and you may start to see positive changes as well. These are great value for money. Definitely recommend these. My immune system is less prone to illness’ since taking these daily. And I’m hardly ever struggling with inflammation pains which I’m prone to with my health conditions

This is a good product! I believe it najes a difference to me and im a repeat purchaser (Sub & Save). One star removed because they do have a taste that i'm not keep on. Other nutrition geek tabs I take don't have this, so maybe its just how turmeric / pepper tablets are? They're tiny, so really easy to swallow and zero issues with texture. I think, for me, they represent value for money.

I've been taking Turmeric supplements for a few years now but only discovered this one as my last product was not available anymore. Always a concern on amazon as thngs often just dissapear once you find something you like and have it on repeat. If you have done your research you will know that Turmeric is a spice that contains curcumin which is a powerful antioxidant. Reduces inflamation in the body by blocking molecules that cause swelling and pain. I have put this here as I like to do thorough research before committing to buying. I do find full review very helpful too. I am genuily impressed with the results. Been using this now for over a month consistently as directed. My joint stiffness in the mornings in particular seems to be so much better. And general inflammation. This was apparent even just after about 2 weeks. What I like most is that it isn't just plain turmeric - it also has Curcumin (this is the active compound) and black pepper and ginger. If you are like me and into supplements - and want to understand why this is important here's a little summary (you are welcome) :-) Curcumin - active compound - does all the heavy lifting ! Ginger - adds the extra anti inflammatory and digestion support Black Pepper - his is supposed to boost the absorbtion of curcumin by somethng like 2000% !! so you are actually getting the benefits rather than just passing it through your system I have noticed less bloating and feel more 'comfortable' after a meal. Used to get occassional heartburn but this has eased off slightly. The tablets themselves are easy to swallow. Recommendation is 2 per day, They are small and tasteless - something I hve struggled wit in the past is the after taste. Being a UK based company is also reassuring if that concerns you - I just want to know I can reorder without having to wait for a shipment to arrive - something that has affected me in the past. In summary - I would highly recommend - if you are looking for something to help with inflamation, digestion and or joint pain. It can also help with other inflammatory condition. I would do a little extra research to see the full benefits. A true superfood. You do need to be consistent as with any other product and the directions it has. It's been working for me and I have noticed a significant differnence. Highly recommend.

As I get older I find that I am more likely to have generalised aches and pains that are persisting and lasting much longer than I expect. I have always tried to supplement, as well as improve my diet, to help myself over time, rather than necessarily expect prescribed medication to do that alone. These turmeric tablets, how they are combined with black pepper and ginger, seem ideal to help with that. The combined turmeric and black pepper, to help you to metabolise the beneficial aspects of the turmeric, are well balanced and, over a number of months using them, it has surprised me how they seem to have benefited me. Improvements in pain management related to generalised inflammation and also my digestion has got better, much to my surprised. The cost of these is cheap enough to be affordable. They are contained in a sealable bag, and they do not leave any taste at all after taking them. So far, impressed and I do recommend them. It did take a number of weeks for me to realise how helpful they are. Hope this helps.

Easy to swallow, no side effects, seems to have the right effect, nicely packaged and well priced

This is the first time I’ve ever written a review on Amazon, I felt the need to share !! This product may be good for some people, me not so much. I’d read other reviews of this item. So was aware that there could be possible tummy issues. Daily dosage , two pills per day. I thought I’d build up gradually, one pill every other day for about a week, no problem. This is where I got cocky, one pill per day! Day 1 , no problem. Day 2 , no problem. Day 3, tea time , a few tummy rumbles. The person sat next to me heard. Day 4 , after breakfast, 🤔 this is not quite right. Day 4, After lunch, no sneaky little trumps, I was too afraid 😧 things had begun to move. Day 4 in the afternoon had to run a number of times.😳 Day 4 , after tea OMG 😮 only just made it. Day 4 shower time 😢 lost count how many close calls and could now 💩 through the eye of a needle from 20 paces and knew several designs for pebble dashing the porcelain!!!! Step away from the “add to basket” button until you have thoroughly thought through the possible diarrhoriffic consequences of taking these pills.
