I make sure that I use it after I have been sat down for a few minutes to get an accurate reading.I have taken this to my doctors to check it’s accuracy and it is great and as good as his expensive professional one. The batteries last a good amount of time. I find that I get a very accurate reading from this. What I really like Is that this also works on both my children aged 5 & 9 who have asthma, so I have peace of mind that their oxygen levels are good enough.

A well-made compact device with a bright, clear and easy to read display.Accuracy compares well to other similar devices, and this one has some features that makes it stand out from the crowd; namely a colourful OLED display, Perfusion Index reading, and 4 way auto-rotating screen.The audible pulse beep is also louder and clearer than on other models I have tried.It also comes with a good lanyard and nylon case with strap loop to keep it clean and protected.Well priced compared to other similar products with less features.

I had ordered a different one of these from a different seller and waited 2 months and never arrived.This one arrives in time and have done a tremendous job by measuring my whole family’s heart rate and oxygen level.A well built device with the screen actually rotated to what ever angle you’re looking at.Highly recommended and well priced bit of kit that’s necessary for keeping your family’s health in check.

I bought this as a replacement as I ended up giving my older versions to my parents and also my inlaws as they worried when we went into lockdown and weren't able to get them anywhere online. Glad they've been on sale again and mine came really quickly.This is a handy little neat version that comes in a strong but tidy carry case.Comes ready to use and a really handy essential item during coronavirus.

Very simple to use, only just got this so I cannot confirm accuracy yet, I will update review in a few weeks, but so far it looks and feels well made, accuracy so far is just about spot on( I have copd so I know what my levels are) I have had a high pulse rate in recent months and this device is showing this so I'm confident that it's quite accurate, comes with batteries and a case, so far I'm pleased with it and the price was great too.

I was looking for something like this for ages for my mum who has in the last 3 months been in hospital twice in the last 3 months with a stroke and a heart attack so i ordered this little box this one had everything i was looking for 2 battery's a pouch and a very easy instruction booklet (you may need a magnifying glass) myself and my mum are very happy and pleased with this oximeter i looked at over 50 and not many come with a pouch i was so pleased with this oximeter i bought one for myself to Keep my own checks on my own health as I have a low oxygen level and have been seriously ill in hospital for this i now feel very confident and comfortable going out and about with this brilliant little item so i don't have to worry as i said i looked at loads and this was the one that constantly jumped out at me so go on and get one you won't regret it carol

No idea what 'Sheerness' means hence the 3 stars.Otherwise as described, easy to put the batteries in and it functions well as far as I can tell. The readings are consistent starting slightly higher then dropping 2 or 3 points until it steadies after about 10 seconds. No idea how accurate it actually is, but it has given me several readings of 95 and 96, while giving my wife 97 and 98 (But then women always rank higher than men...according to them!!)It has given us a degree of peace of mind in this covid time. As such I would recommend it to anyone.

The product is good quality, with a bright, clear screen that rotates 4 x 90° as required. Whilst I cannot confirm it's accuracy, it is very consistent over repeat readings / longer periods of use. The pulse-signal strength indicators are useful, though too simple for diagnostic purposes. It powers off automatically within seconds of stopping usage. A great little product with a sturdy case and strap.
