#304 Stainless Steel Weber style replacement flavor bars, a Great deal. I sold many Weber gas grills for a major retail outlet so familiar with products. I used the stainless steel as I get the longest amount of time / performance from them. Living in the midwest the standard steel flavor bars will rust early from humidity as grills are seldom used every day. The porcelain coated steel are better but if the coating is chipped or has any openings they will rust. Yes flavor bars acquire cooking grease during normal usage and 100% coverage of grease is not totally uncommon check my picture attached.Simple process for new gas flavor bars break-in after you installed them, use a LOW to MED. max heat setting, Not hot!! With most models two burners or the three burner models ( two burners have two knobs & three burners have three knobs ) I allow 15 minutes then shut off the burners, let grill cool down. That's it you're ready to enjoy many years of grilling.My picture attached is my 10+ years old Genesis Gold natural gas grill after grilling 6 Deer brats on the new SS flavor bars last night. Delivered quickly and a lot heavier than the originals. Haven't cooked with them yet but should work well.

Excellent flavorizer bars, very nice thick metal, well crafted! A++++ item vs. some of the extremely thin crap that is out there. These are built to last, and a great value!

The bars are easy to clean and last much longer than the regular flavor bars.

As described would definitely buy again.

These bars are heavy so will hopefully last a while.
