This is some of the best cocoa powder I've ever bought. With it being cold-pressed organic cacao and non-alkalyzed, its aroma and flavor is outstanding!

Excellent product. I use it daily in coffee, and it goes a long way. Chocolate can give me a headache. This never has. Delicious!

Delicious & great for making hot Cacao

I drink hot water cocoa (cocoa powder, water, organic stevia extract) every day, and I finally decided to give unroasted cacao powder a try. I like this brand, because their products are well packaged, well labeled (including country of origin in this case), and organic. And this cacao powder appears to be of good quality. But it does NOT have the rich fullness of flavor you get with roasted cocoa powder. So if you are thinking of substituting this in beverages (or possibly baked items) that normally require roasted cocoa powder, you might want to think again. It has a pleasant taste, but it does indeed taste raw versus roasted.

Makes your coffee taste like hot chocolate. Mixes easy and is very economical.
