The 12in Wok arrived today. Very fast. First time using it. Rubbed it with peanut oil for high heat then cooked a chicken breast. Wonderful! The 12in is a large size pan. Bigger than I had anticipated. Lightweight which is what we wanted. Excellent shape. Flat enough on bottom with high sides. Looks like we scored a great wok for a good price! Tomorrow we’ll try stir fry and see how it works. Thx

This product is good and I like it until one day (about 6 months later) there is problem happened (check the attached photos). We use it very carefully and never use hard objects to touch it. All other part of the product are still pretty good. That scratch looks like is a quality problem from manufactory, from my understanding. If the manufactory agree it's a quality problem, please replace one.

Modified Review: Coating is not as durable as I thought. I bough 2 of them. One 11" another 12". The 12" inch wok coating is still intact, but the 11 inch wok's inner coating is peeling away. Black speckles of dust 1 month shy of 1 year with light everyday use with wooden utensils. It's interesting that the 11" wok is the one I never overheat and took much better care than my 12 inch wok... at best the quality of those woks are inconsistent. Love this wok! After more than 3 month of daily use, the non-stick surface is still like new. I over heated the wok one time thinking I ruined the surface... after I rinsed away the burnt residue, I was surprised to find out the non-stick surface did not show any damage at all! Unbelievable!

After several low-difficulty test runs, today I made salmagundi in my new wok for the first time. Knocked it outta the park. I'm just saying, if you guys are looking for a wok, this one I've bought is perfect. Tough, non-stick, cooks evenly and works on low-medium heat. I'm in love with it. I'm thinking of asking its daddy for its hand in marriage.

All of the ceramic coated pans on Amazon are PTFE-free and PFOA-free. This product was advertised as being a ceramic non-stick wok. Yet, it was not listed as PFOA-free or PTFE-free. Furthermore, when I received the wok, nothing in the packaging said this is a ceramic wok and there was no mention that the coating is PFOA or PTFE free. Therefore, I am returning the wok to buy something else that is ceramic and PFOA-free and PTFE-free.
