This book is so great for empaths who may feel lost and know that there’s more to what they are experiencing. This book brought me so much great info on melanin, and also validated my experiences as an empath. Many people do not connect to the experience, and this book breaks down why. I feel much more equipped to go forth on my journey. At points I was reading it almost felt like a love letter to me. So reassuring. Thank you, Ms Asikiwe! Xoxo

Easy read for empaths or people who want to understand more. It highlights and relates a lot of emotions, what it means, how to deal, crystals to enhance this energy, the different types of empaths. Just an incredible book!

Very informative and interesting still reading it

I’ve had dreams that I found were telling me I was about to change worksites on my job. In my younger years I worked at a gas station were I would see 3 numbers three times. I played those numbers and won lottery money. I bought this book to help nurture and hone this skill. It reinforces what I already started doing with keeping a dream journal but the foods to eat and specific crystals to get will help.

I already love you Jade after simply feeling your spirit through this book. However, melanin is simply an advantage, one of many an individual may possess! The book is afro-biased, so to speak, though one I will keep as a great reference...very worthwhile read. All spirits have "divine" potential and power. Spirit, the Holy Ghost, in my tradition, the still, small inner voice, is the most important and pure topic of this book. It is the only truth herein that will never mislead. Other tools, topics are fraught with too much potential fir misuse, misunderstanding, even deception. Don't depend on anything else!

I loved how you made it personal and described it in your own personal experiences. Showing the difference of the stones and giving advice on what to do was amazing.

This book was a amazing and perfectly described what it is like to live as an empathy from daily interactions, childhood and relationships. All of the information about melanin and empath was eye opening and well researched. What I enjoyed most was how to protect and guard my energy via removing myself from bad situation, use of stones/crystals, mediation and yoga.

I loved this book and have learned so much. If you are a melanated empath like me, you definitely should read this book!!I have ordered another one of this authors books and will continue because she is a very informative and talented author

I enjoyed the read and the positive reinforcement due to the nature of our society. The knowledge of specific empaths and spiritual beings and gifts. The tools used to support and improve on spiritual ability.The spectrum of empaths and narcissists and the roles they play within social structures and world stage.This book is great for people who want to get an overall understanding and a touch of what might be within your physical being.

A Very concise but detailed book.Great for readers seeking understanding of themself and harnessing their abilities and strengths gained through Melalin & the Empathic journey here on Earth.

Really enjoyed reading this book. Essentially it's two books in one. First title is Melanin Gift of the Cosmos. It covers, melanin benefits, activation and the spiritual connection. The second title is called The Power of an Empath and Natural Healer for Beginners. This defines empaths, survival techniques, types of empaths, spiritual and healing processes. Very easy to read and I would revisit this book in the future. I look forward to reading further titles from this author.

Booked arrived in good condition and as expected. Very easy read and a good book for someone who is starting to explore their empathic side. Parts of the book reminded me of the many conversations i used to have with my dad about energy, abilities, dreams. Finished the book in a few hrs and felt energised after reading it...
