Love this product! Great value for money, and comes with a complimentry shower cap. Was worth every penny as I use this to do a conditioning treatment when I wash it

You have to stay under the steamer for abput 45 mins to an hour if ypu have mixed raced or black hair.It doesnt get warm enough and it takes long to warm up.I was contacted by the manufacturer and was given full refund for this item. The customer service was great and for that I gave 4 stars.

Purchased this product for my Mum who has recently caused horrendous damage to her hair by bleaching it.Popping some conditioner in your hair and then into this cap will help the conditioner penetrate your hair follicles. This is helping week by week to repair her hair. Temperature is good and very easy to use and clean.

Really nice packaging and very comfortable straight forward easy to use it is great for the price. However it doesn't stay warm for very long you probably get around 15minutes to 20minutes heat out of it then it will cool it self down but if you'd like to use it for longer just switch it off and on again.

The item works well, but I had noticed the control features were different to the picture of the item on the box, on amazon and on the instructions leaflet. This was quit confusing at first as I thought the item only had a one heat setting. I later on discovered it actually had two as described.
