The fist bottle I purchased was from the Dr. that created and promoted this formula. IT worked GREAT! 4 tablets one hour before bed and I woke refreshed like I hadn't in years. I opened the tabs into a small mount of water and drank it down. Not unpleasant. Could really see the color of the ashwaganda herbs mixed in and taste themI reordered a three pack from Amazon and the formula is not the same. The color is whiter, the flavor no longer picks up the ashwaganda herbs at all. Most dissapointing is the fact it no longer works the way the original formula did. Shame on you. Shame on you. Will not repurchase which is a shame. I really looked forward to continued rest.

This product, if supposed to help with sleep, didn't have a chance. One week after starting it, I couldn't get decent sleep as I was in the bathroom every 10 minutes. I assumed this would stop, but it went on for another 3 weeks! The bathroom trips relented about a week after I stopped taking it. My bum at that point could not take anymore.
