Good drive but loud
I bought this over the normal ironwolf as in my synology 920+ the drives were loud. You can hear the reading ever few seconds. These I was under the impression had the better noise dampening. The ironwolf Pro is just as loud and the synology is making the reading noise even more. It's not too bad if you can shut them in a cupboard. The noise would be too much to sleep in the room. The other brand I used to have never made a noise unless you were using it. The noise though is the only negative.

Great Price for a 10TB Ironwolf Pro Drive, Installed it in my NAS ran long S.M.A.R.T Test Passed Successfully. Let me know if you have another for the same price.. 🙂
