It’s durable and it works! Even if you do a light workout you will drench in sweat. Provides good support to the back as well. Totally worth the money.

I have been using this for a couple of months now. It is pretty comfortable and helps get the sweat going. I’m not sure it is helping with slimming yet, but worth continuing to use for now. It is the first one I have ever used so not sure how long it really takes.

I love this waist trainer sm! It’s very comfortable and easy to run in. You sweat a ton, and I feel like it’s definitively helping define my abs. It’s pretty easy to clean, as you can just wipe it of with a towel. I would definitely recommend

I have used several different kinds of waist supporters or trimmers and this is the best one that I have ever had. First off, it isn't made with the smelly neoprene stuff, the underside is made from a material that REALLY makes you sweat. It might seem a little different if you have used neoprene trimmers in the past, but this is far better. The exterior is quality made with good stitching along the edges and the velcro has been holding up nicely. I got it because it has a pocket for your cell phone. That pocket is pretty small though, and I do have to really work to get phone in there. Other than that, I think this product is superior.

This is a decent product to get started with but for long term no. I will get it done but it’s not wide enough to cover the entire core.

I have used it, and I think I'm using it for a different reason than intended. I have a lower back injury that caused me to be inactive for some time thus gaining inches around my belly. My new belly pulls on my low back exasperating my injuries when I try to do any bouncing movements at all. Your waist trimmer has been a life saver for me. It holds everything in place and I can jump and run and have no back pain. I stopped and cried midway thru my first workout with it because I have been in pain for so long that I had forgotten how good it feels to push my body to sweat and the burn in my lungs from needing to catch my breath! Thank you so much for this simple tool that does so much for me!
