Great product

Did not work
I love Perfect Health products. I used the protein pills and I am getting excellent results with them. The sleep aid pills did nothing, they actually kept me up all night After a few nights of this I will no longer take. These were not cheap so I am extremely disappointed. I would not recommend purchasing.

Great product
Have had issues getting to sleep for YEARS. Finally something that actually helps! But must take 3 a night. Tried taking less and that did not work.

The best sleep vitamins!
I’ve tried so many sleep vitamins and these are my favorite. I take 2 and go right to sleep and stay asleep. I don’t wake up groggy the next morning even though they have melatonin.
