Tin star ghee is the only ghee I buy now. I have tried other brands and they taste real oily and like artificial butter. Not this one! It's reminiscent of lobster butter:) of course it is great for cooking and as well as baking! Best thing it's actually lactose casein free. Usually lasts fairly long in the fridge if you are not doing heavy baking. If you are I recommend the larger jar. First time ghee user and I was not disappointed. Have tried both the regular and brown butter ghee. Brown butter is more hazelnutty which I am not a huge fan of but still mix with my coffee! Regular ghee is my favorite to cook with and to put in my coffee! Awesome product!
