Works Perfectly with the Unit
Put in 2 AAA batteries (not included with the remote), turned it on and it instantly connected to the unit and worked perfectly. Great price!

Remote was good, packaging was terrible.
Loaded batteries and immediately put it to use. Works perfectly.HOWEVER, Amazon packaging was irresponsible.. The fragile remote was packed loosely in a box without protection from a heavy steel garden hose hanger I had also ordered. During transport the face of the remote suffered a deep gouge when the hose hanger slammed into it. (see picture) Since the remote was nevertheless functional and to return it would take a couple hours of my time I decided to just keep it.

Heat Pump Remote Replacement
I have a Mitsubishi mini-split ductless heat pump model MSZ-GE15NA who's remote had begun exhibiting some problems after many years of use. The red on/off power button sometimes would not function properly and so I purchased this replacement remote which works perfectly with this model heat pump. The build quality seems to be very close to the original remote and operates all of the heat pumps functions. The info about this remote said that it only displays temperature readings in Fahrenheit which does seem to be correct. The remote did not come with AAA batteries.

Works Great, But No Backlight
This remote works perfectly with my Mitsubishi AC—no setup needed! All functions respond just like the original. My only complaint is that it doesn’t have a backlight, which makes it hard to use in the dark. Otherwise, a great replacement!

was skeptical about getting this controller for mrslim mitsubishi split unit ductless unit. I was pleasantly surprised. put new battrriesin. aimd it at unit. hit On button on it .It worked. even did temp button to see if worked. Worked.yippe.
