First off, this is a very quick, easy, and pleasant read. I read the whole thing in probably less than 2 hours.I would highly recommend this book especially to those struggling to achieve their goals and dreams. While there are many resources out there giving step-by-step instructions to achieve a goal, many people fail at sticking to these steps (I know I have!). What is missing is what DRIVES you to achieve these steps. This is what this book is all about! – The “power” that moves you forward – particularly for achieving what you are excited or passionate about – hence the “Passion Power”.The author puts a lot of emphasis on embracing your past. Rather than being discouraged by past failures, if we examine, learn, and grow from the past; such failures can actually become opportunities to propel you forward! The book’s message is credible and “proved” because the author clearly put HIMSELF into this book. The narrative has the feel of having a heart to heart with a close friend who is sharing HIS OWN personal life experiences with you – and sharing what has worked for HIM to be successful.Also while using his own experiences, the author emphasizes that our “provisions” for achieving our passions do not have to be monetary. It is not as hard as we think! They are the in-tangible things like seeking guidance and training, connecting with other people, encouragement from others, and a positive and determined attitude.The author points out that we “…are loved and created by Love as a Masterpiece for a Purpose…”. This is so true! Proper perspective of our great worth and designed purpose is so important to be able to drive us to fulfill that purpose. To identify our passion/purpose, the author gives us the steps to clearly define this for ourselves. This is a great prompt for introspection, and being sure that we HAVE the passion for what we are pursuing in life. I took inspiration personally from this book as I was reading. As I thought on some of my own circumstances or goals, I asked myself questions based on the principles presented here, and gained more clarity and drive to propel forward!If you are looking for a powerful little spark to get you moving in the journey of your dreams, this book is for you! Your title is fantastic! Your story and points is an easy read. You engaged the reader. I found myself reflecting and relating back to the 1980's when Doug and were in our 20's big dreamers, pursuing our entrepreneurial spirit, and all the great people around the world that impacted our life's experiences!The section on Love, character development, and passion power scale from 1-100 was real and authentic. Your book will make a great read for beginners to boldly embrace life's challenges to know their story will have purpose.There is an old saying, We all once were disasters before we become masters! The sincerity is heard in his writing and desire for all who read to be inspired. I recommend this for group training and individual self-improvement. The author does an excellent job reminding the reader that our success is connecting to our relationship with God and trusting Him for guidance even in the marketplace.

I liked Andy's book because he told us his story of how he succeeded. He gave us details about his experiences that any reader could understand and see how they could apply to themselves. If you're looking for a straight forward examination about how one person did it, Andy's book is for you.

I have been privileged to hear Andy present in person many of the concepts he wrote about in this book. His writing is as clear and powerful as his speaking. Andy’s ideas are sound and his passion and prose helps all of us pursue our dreams.

Andy does a great job of summarizing several books in the fields of leadership, self-help/discovery, and motivation through a first-person perspective of actually doing it. The content is solid and his stories enforce his points. This is a quick read and you will benefit by reading.

This was a great book. It shows the reader that if you are willing to put in the work then you are capable of fulfilling your passion no matter what it is.
