Durable brushes work great on workbench. Get two!
Ordered 2 of these radiator brushes 18 months ago. They are used almost daily in my workshop, which is outside. (Protected from weather by a blue tarp, or hanging on clamp cart.)They make GREAT bench brushes, keeping things neat and avoiding splinters. The extra reach is very handy. The narrow profile lets them get into difficult places, which is what they were designed for: radiators.To make sure they would not get lost amidst the tools, I painted them a bright yellow. That has been helpful! I suppose any bright color would do as well.While their utility is awesome, I am most impressed with their DURABILITY. They get daily use, hard use, in a busy workshop. The paint may look old but the bristles are still in great shape.I predict you'll be happy with one brush, and happier with two. This is a good price for a decent brush
This is a good price for a decent brush. Just be aware of it's thickness - there are many spots in my radiators that it won't fit through, which was a bit of a disappointment. It's not perfect quality, but it's a brush and it looks like it will last for many many years. It would make an awesome brush for cleaning up a shop or small sweeping jobs.

Are the bristles adequate
Overall, I like the radiator brush as it does fit behind my toilet tank, so that I can remove the dust that collects there. However, as for hand sweeping my kitchen floor, I would prefer bristles that are more stiff. These bristles glide over some of the crumbs, etc.

Similar brush with stiffer nylon bristle will work better
Wood handle is very rough , had to have it sanded down with sand paper. The horse hair brush is too soft unlike older ones. but will still probably work

Good price
We use this for sweeping out our pizza oven when we want to get the fine corn meal off of the stones.

Awesome brush.
Great brush. I have old steam radiators from the 30's. This brush cleans between the slots with no problem. I would recommend to anyone looking to clean their radiators.
