Introducing our superior lightweight block. Made from first grade, non toxic EVA foam we've updated our design to be more stylish with rounded edges and corners to provide additional comfort and an easier hand grip. This new quality has the added benefit of being extra durable and scratch resistant. This 'half thickness' foam block can be used either in place of or with a full thickness block for small adjsutments of height. It's still light enough to carry between classes, yet sturdy enough to bear your weight in postures, our lightweight foam blocks are an integral part of your yoga kit. Blocks enhance your practice by supporting, stabilising and aligning the body. Sit on one to raise your hips for a straighter spine, or put four together for a classic shoulder stand support.

Vale para cualquier sesión de estiramientos - No solo para hacer yoga -
No hago Yoga. Los uso para mis sesiones habituales de flexibilidad después de correr y me van muy bien. Puedo llegar a puntos donde mi flexibilidad no me lo permite. Es cierto que una manta doblada también te hace el apaño pero este bloque es ligero, ocupa poco espacio y salió muy bien de precio.
