I bought this phone to use for my quick link service. For phone under $60 of course you're not gonna get all the fancy bells and whistles as you would with a more expensive phone but I like it. it's cute. My favourite feature is the design on the back of the phone. It has a nice texture feel. The screen when you touch it kind of lags. not really good for a lot of gaming. Call quality is great! And that's all I wanted. Good battery life. Overall its a nice little phone.

I purchased the refurbished unit for only $38 works & looks like new out of the box. Popped in the sim card from my all old phone which was a Tmobile. Booted right up and worked flawlessly. The 8.1 android is nice. Sound quality is good. So is the image quality. Camera works very nicely. I am very happy with this deal.

The phone's battery malfunctioned immediately so cant give an accurate review of the product, but the customer service was exceptional. For starters, the seller reached out on a sort of follow up purchase check before I even had a chance to look at the insurance policy. They stayed in communication with me throughout the entire process of fixing my problem with the phone, making an inconvenient situation very bearable. Customer service these days is garbage and that sincere act is recognized and greatly appreciated. Thanks again for the superd help.

Not good i return it the next day

I originally bought this for myself, but since it didn't work for what I needed, I gave it to my daughter. She likes it just fine!
