I use this for candles as well as the gas grill. I take it camping to light everything I need to light. It is so much safer than matches and can be recharged. I highly recommend it.

The arc is great. It readily burns holes through paper, lights gas or wicks easily. Charge lasts a long time, well-designed safety switch, charge indicator, and pushbutton ignition.

Easy to charge but mine lasts a REALLY long time on one charge. Easy to handle size, great safety feature to avoid pressing the button by mistake. Quality feels good, doesn't feel cheap.I use these for candles. No issue with lighting except my only caveat is that these sorts of rechargeable lighters don't work great if you use them straight on to light a candle wick. You need to come at them from the side which can be a little rough if you're burning in a deep container. It's actually easier with this style because of the flexibility.

I love burning candles, but hate all the matches I use lighting my 3 wick ones. I found this one here on Amazon and absolutely LOVE it. So easy and safe to light. It has four little dots to show the amount of charge. The charge lasts quite a long time and when it does need charged it is super quick!!

Best thing is fantastic no burning fingers or anything it's the best thing I've ever used. I recommend anybody even if you're handicap is really good it's easy to use and all you do is charge it and keep on going.

The flame was fine. It was like you had to get it directly in the middle of the wick sometimes. However, worked great for like 1 year. But after, it started glitching and the charger doesnt even charge it and now Im sad it doesnt work. Came exactly like picture though.
