Fresh dried, large flakes. Delightful
This is good quality. Still overpriced. I used to buy this size and quality for a quarter of the price at a local store, but they stopped carrying it. I’ve tried a few other brands on Amazon, but this is the winner, hands down

Smells and tastes great. Awesome snack for my family and my cat. Good in rice, good in burgers and sausage as a seasoning. Incredible in Dashi. These shreds are much larger than I'm used to, so it takes slightly longer to make broth.

Good price, made in USA, flavor is not bad. But one third of it is pure fish powder. My dog loves it tho, so I'm gonna use this as a kibble topper

made in USA but lower quality compared to ones from Japan
This is made in USA which I support but odor is different and much more pungent as if is going bad. We and our cats prefer the ones from Japan and will not buy this brand again. Stick to the bonito flake Made in Japan.

I assume the product is okay but I bought it for my many cats and not 1 of them would eat it. Flakes are big. Shipping was fast.
