I'm very impressed! It actually works! It has a great taste. I haven't noticed any side effects. It doesn't leave drowsy the next day. It's definitely worth buying. I'll be purchasing another soon. It came in a bigger bottle than I thought it would. The ingredients are organic. I suppose the recommended dose about 30 minutes before bed.

One of the best products to treat sleeplessness that i'used. The taste is good and there is no sleep hangover. I've tried the capsules but the liquid works better,Nas it is a faster delivery.

Do not buy! Product came to me with a moldy clogged dropper tip and something rotten floating in it.

I've had a terrible time sleeping ever since I was a preteen (33 now) and unfortunately have to rely on sleeping pills a lot of the time, I didn't want to become reliant on prescription pills and didn't have the greatest experiences so I stick to over the counter and have to change types periodically because it will get to the point where it doesn't do much for me, even after upping the dose. I tend to not want to take melatonin because I usually have weird dreams and seem to wake up more frequently or it doesn't feel like it makes me tired, the most recent I was taking was doxylamine (the little solid light blue pills), but after upping to 1.5 and then 2..it seemed like it'd lost it's potency with me, after 2 or 3 hours of taking them I still couldn't fall asleep some nights, sometimes even feeling more awake than before i took them. I decided to do a search for effective sleep meds and ran into this, the liquid drops seemed interesting and fast acting, and they had good reviews, I was skeptical about the melatonin but I'm tired of being tired and figured maybe a liquid instead of a pill would be more effective. I took it for the first time last night, of course I did the highest dose recommended since I'm meant to be a zombie, I don't remember falling asleep but I don't think it took more than 45 minutes after taking the drops..I think I took them around 9pm and my galaxy watch says I fell asleep at 9:37 so that was nice. I feel like I would have slept through most of the night/early morning, but our smoke detector randomly went off around 1:50am for no reason..my fiance was awake well before me to check it out so I must have been in a deep sleep but had a hard time going back to sleep (there was no smoke or fire) wondering why the alarm went off and if I should be worried..then decided to take a half drop of the Avinol and eventually went back to sleep until I had to get up for work at 5am. I did have strange dreams, but that seems to be normal for me with any sleep medicine I take, (in the dream there was an eel in my fish tank hiding in a fish tank cave decoration and it sprung out of the tank 5 feet and bit the inside of my elbow with its fangs like a snake then I could see the inside of my arm and there was yellow goop inside then bled perfusely and i had a spot of blood on my arm throughout the rest of my dream, but I'm also on my period so it seems symbolic to the pain of menstruation). I noticed I didn't feel groggy or weird when I was suddenly awoken by the smoke alarm, usually when I wake up during the night I feel weird and disoriented and see flashy lights or colors with some sleep meds, I felt a little zombie like when I got up for work but I think that's because my sleep was disrupted by the alarm and I chose to take more of the sleep med 3 hours before I had to get up for work since I was startled (probably wasn't a good choice, but it was either that or watch the new Batchelorette). I will continue to update and hope the smoke alarm doesn't go off and ruin my sleep, unless there's a real fire then I hope it does. But so far I like it because of how fast I went to sleep and felt like I would have stayed asleep if not for the fire alarm. Second night - I drank alcohol after work so I don't feel like I can provide an accurate experience with the sleep drops. Third night - I had a very hard time sleeping and took the highest dose of the sleep drops, my watch says I slept about 5 hours and 15 minutes, and I kept having strange dreams. I took the drops at 7:50 and got in bed around 8:20 and just layed awake. When I did fall asleep, I kept waking up. Not sure if it's the aftermath of drinking the night before (I had a terrible headache all day yesterday), will keep trying. *Update- only seemed to work the first night, I have sleep problems and constantly have to switch and rotate through sleep remedies. When I take it, I feel tired for 10 minutes, then when I try to sleep I lay awake and wish I took a real sleeping pill...I realized when I mix anything with melatonin with normal sleeping pills I don't sleep or if I do it's for 1-2 hours at a time and really strange dreams.

It is a gentle and effective method to provide a great night sleep. I highly recommend it if you are a sleepless individual as I am. you wake up feeling refreshed and not a groggy feeling. it is a great value for the great night sleep provided.

The cost is high.

After searching for and trying many sleep aids, I gave this product a try and was very impressed with how well it worked for me. This product is liquid and I think that’s why it work so well. I started taking it in May/2025 and continue to use it today. Those looking for sleep aid who can’t find anything that works for them can give this product a try. I give it a 5 star rating because it completely resolved my situation.

I was actually surprised at how well this works. I don’t even think I used a full dropper and it made me tired within a half an hour and I slept all night. I’m very cautious about using anything night after night so I don’t know if you build up immunity and it doesn’t work as well but for right now if I need to get to sleep, it is my go to. It’s a little bit pricey, but it tastes decent and very easy to use.
