I didn’t pay attention to the size I just ordered a number balloon. Very small. You can’t blow up with helium. It won’t float or hold helium. They attach a straw to bag the number balloon came in. You are supposed to blow up by mouth. This was a disappointment.

unfortunately it had a hole, i put tape but it kept deflating. Over all it served it’s purpose. It’s a good buy if it comes in good condition.
