Quality product, excellent
Got extra storage cover for bag. The bag is of very nice quality and full fills all my requirements liken1. side pockets for water bottle.2. Laptop space3. Charging point along with inbuild wire as well.4. Travel strap for trolley bags.8. Hidden pocket at back side of bag.9. Top easy to access pocket to keep sun glasses or any frequent use things.10. Very well cusion pads and well designed shoulder strap that fits you body.11. Water resistant, though I have not checked this yet.12. Reflecters on bag for bike riders.13. 24 months warranty, though not sure how I will claim it.14. Ample pockets in bag that will fulfil your need.I don't expect all these qualities one can get at this price.

what better sells this backpack is its permeable texture and design ...
The interiors are well padded while not being too bulky. The main compartment is roomy, while the laptop compartment and gadget holding pockets are slim and fit for purpose. But, what better sells this backpack is its permeable texture and design for the handles and zippers. Extremely comfortable and proper fit, even with heavy loads. A go to backpack for college and travel at a good price!!

Charging Port is not working
The charging port of bag is not working. When the bag came I didn't check the port of bag, but when put my phone on charge, It is not working. I have sent complain on DTBG mail they didn't even responded my mail. and also i put question on amazon to seller for the claiming warranty the didn't even give any respond. And also bag is torn from the shoulder side even i didn't put any heavy weight. My bag only contains laptop and one book. They are claiming that you can put 30 kgs of weight in this bag. This bag is under the warranty period. How should I claim my warranty?Don't go for it..Waste of money...

Pros & Cons of the product
The product which I've received yesterday. The Pros : It is spacious for 2-3 days travel. Material is good.The Cons of the product : The partition of the laptop should be secured from outside while travelling which is not. If the bag I'm carrying on my shoulder the expertise can open the zip and take out the laptop in the crowd (metro or bus) as there is no strap to lock the laptop with the bag, so that nobody could take out the laptop in the crowd. The secret pocket should not be designed in outside, it should be designed into the inner compartment of the bag so that the user can put their secret things into the bag, in spite of keeping it in outside. Overall rating out of 5 I will rate 3 for the product.

Best bag but ...
5start for product... material is absolutely awesome.. very very spacious nd build is Amazing..super premium but I had to return seller please bring 15.6inch model in exact same design ..17inch model is way to big for average indian nd Daily commuter.. I wish I could get same design in 15.6 inch

I was looking for a 17.3 inch laptop bag and bought this bag. I want to say, this bag is very good quality, premium looking and very spacious bag for a laptop. I would recommend everone for this bag, It's finishing is excellent, it has adequate pouches if you want to keep extra battery pack, charger, also it may be able to accommodate a 2nd smaller laptop too... It has good water resistant coat from inside too... And for the price it's exactly what i wanted... It has a usb connection port on the outside to inside.

Excellent Product, Great build!
First of all, a big thanks to Amazon for delivering the product well before time. The product has a fantastic build quality and can easily accommodate my 17.3 inch gaming laptop. The product comes with a USB cable in-built for charging your mobile phone. The bag also has a lot of compartments and can easily take in clothes for a short trip. Overall, I am totally satisfied with the product!

packing was very cheap
i ordered this bag after my brother bought one from amazon.au. but the packing quality was very very cheap, the cover was wide open when I received it. and one of the side pockets zip was gone. probably the product was mishandled I would say.but yes, the bag build quality is good otherwise. good material, laptop pocket padding was really appreciatable. it looks elegant as well.
