I have a $160 cedar lined garment hanging box from Cedar Stow and would buy another one if they still made them but they're not currently for sale anywhere. The Cedar Stow is the best of these products but there are only two substitutes available on the entire internet right now - both listed on Amazon. This is the good one. I ordered the other competing product first, not knowing any better. The hanger system on the other one is made of thin soft metal that instantly deforms under the weight of clothing so everything winds up wrinkled on the floor. This one uses thick sturdy steel and has internal support panels that keeps its boxy shape.

This is long enough for longer clothing. It zips up and has a clear plastic front. It is reasonably sturdy, but like any of these bags, the clothing can slide and make the bag tip. You can't load it to densely. It will, however, keep the clothing clean.

Good storage. Interior bar is a little low, but works. Easy to assemble. Full length zipper plus zippers across top. Holds several wool suits and sport coats. Certainly worth the money.

I like this vinyl bag a lot! Its real vinyl that lasts. It’s very high quality and durable. I have now purchased the gown, dress and suit one. They are a bit pricey but seem worth it. I tried a different brand on amazon and it was awful quality and ripped! This is definitely not lightweight like those were, but I would not recommend the lightweight ones as they just don’t last! I also currently have 4 midi and maxi dresses in my one gown protector bag and could fit more! Great capacity. Fits any size hanger too.

Really spent an inordinate amount of time looking for a good moth-proof hanging wardrobe for winter jackets, pants etc. that are too large for sweater boxes.Good points: good structure and canvas with the critical see through section so you can quickly retrieve clothing. Steel hooks -3 of them - distribute the weight well.Bad points: When the rods have clothes on them there are definite gaps on either side of the canvas. There is also a gap where the three zippers meet but maybe the flap will cover it up (maybe). Duct tape as an interim fix while I continue the search for something that actually does the job.Hire a designer who actually isn’t in the bottom 10% of the class please. This is not rocket science. There should be none - I mean zero - entry point for insects. A single zipper with a one inch flap across the top and all interior hanging accessories put inside not outside the storage bag. There, not so hard to make really.

I love these bags and the way they are constructed. The rod through the bag is so much better than the old rack assembly on some garment storage bags. It hangs well and the hooks are not going to bend on the rod--they are heavy duty ,not 'coat hanger' wire.There is a piece of stiff fiberboard in the top to keep the rectangular shape and to allow ample room to get your garments in and out of the bag; the rod hangs a few inches below the fiberboard. The canvas is a good weight and sturdy ,but not stiff and unwieldy. I looked all over for a good wardrobe bag and this is the nicest one I could find and the price is excellent. I saw some not nearly as well made with prices up to $10 higher. Don't think you can go wrong with this one.

I have been trying to find a LONG dress bag for my wedding gown that isn't $40 and that doesn't stink like horrible chemicals. This bag is perfect!!!! It's a nice heavy see through plastic on one side and cloth (canvas) on the other. It's FULL length to the floor. seriously there was not one ounce of smell. If any other people said there was then maybe they got a bad batch of the product but immediate on un-boxing I put my nose right up to it and no smell and I have a very very sensitive sense of smell. GREAT product. AND affordable!
