I prefer silicone for all my bakeware and these are no exception. They’re reinforced to maintain their shape, easy to clean and (if you oil them up a little) never ever stick to the food. It’s also so easy to invert them to remove your loaves, and stick them in the dishwasher later. Definitely the best choice for meatloaf and loaf cakes.

Bought on the the advice of John Kirkwood, to make gluten free bread, and I am exceedingly glad I did. Absolutely no kidding non stick, although I give them a quick squirt of spray. I put the full pans on a cookie sheet, probably don’t need to as the pans are certainly more sturdy than ones I had looked at in the grocery store.
