CellDeal Hand Power Grip Exerciser 10-40Kg Forearm Strength Training Adjustable Heavy

I am a 50 year old lady and going through the menopause. I have been suffering from terrible aches and pains in my joints and my hands are especially painful. I bought this hand grip to try to alleviate those aches and pains and I have to say that since I have been using it, since I received it, the pain is subsiding by a significant amount!!! I used to use my late fathers hand grips when I was in my teens as part of my exercise routine, and I remembered that any pain I ever had in my hands was quickly dealt with when I used the hand grips. I have this one set (so great that you can adjust the grip) to the middle, around 20-25 kg and this is comfortable for me at the moment. I also hold the grip closed for 1 minute on each hand a couple of times a day and I am building my strength up slowly but very surely in both of my hands and arms. The grip itself is absolutely brilliant, although the little orange cap that covers the bolt keeps falling off but this for me is not a problem for me at all. I just keep the cap off now and it doesn't detract from the aesthetics of the grip. I have small hands and the grip is comfortable for me to use. I'm so glad that I bought it, it has literally changed the way my hands feel almost overnight and believe me, I was in so much pain. This little gadget is amazing value for money and the way it is built is absolutely sound, can't see it breaking, ever. So if like me you suffer from sore hands, just buy it, adjust it to the lowest setting and you will see the difference in your hands in no time. I thought that I just had to put up with and live with all the horrible symptoms of the menopause. This grip has given me hope and allowed me to be confident in the strength of my hands and arms again. I couldn't ask for anything more...

On Amazon there are several products similar to this one. However throughout all the multiple choices I chose this one as it was the cheapest with mostly positive reviews. I have been using this actively for 3 days, so far the product seems fine.The reason why I have not given it 5 stars is because of the other reviews on products which looked exactly the same but cost MORE. These products had some negative reviews such as "The spring broke, plastic and metal flew across the room". Reviews like that we're reported after several months of usage. As I have only had the product for 3 days I do not know the full extent. I am aware they are different products however I still do not know if this product is safe.Overall the grip is slightly hard to hold but I am adjusting. Also I do not want small pieces of metal flying into my skin or at other people. I know there are no terrible reviews like this on this product however I would prefer to stay alert.In future if anything bad happens I will be sure to report it.

Great for hand grip wrist and forearms . Great for elderly too as you can adjust the weight/resistance.

Absolutely superb for the price I paid and I can adjust the tension which Is definitely the major reason why I chose this particular model, I'm no fitness freak but just a stones throw away from being one. Let me just tell you that this is the one to buy, first and foremost for being able to adjust, secondly for the well made durable hand grips which feel tought and the not about to fall apart feel which most models I have tried from friends or at the gym do, all in all a very good forearm/hand workout. Only time will tell of the lifespan of these and I think I will be pleasantly surprised.

Worked well for the first few weeks of using it. However, I quickly found that where the plastic joined, it had begun to wear away. Not only this but the pin running through the middle holding these parts together fell out. I put it back together but it continued to fall out. Despite this, for the time it was working it was a good piece of equipment that allowed training of the hand grip through a variety of movements. The wide range of weight meant that you could vary your exercises and see improvement quickly.

I bought this hand grip four weeks ago for less than £3'50, and in all honesty, I thought it may well have fallen apart by now, considering the price. How wrong I was, Great piece of kit. I am in my 70s and needed to exercise my fingers, and grip, as I was struggling a bit playing my guitar and chord shapes. This does the trick. Simple to adjust for your needs between 10-40kg and would suggest starting at up to 20kg until you find your level. I use it every day regularly and have done well over 1000 grips and its still perfect. If you have large hands like I have, I found it more comfortable to hold it with the red adjuster pointing towards my arm / bicep, giving me more space on the grip surface for my fingers, and much more comfortable for me. Excellent value for money. The grip strength can be adjusted roughly, and although it is made mostly of plastic, it seems to be standing up to regular usage OK. I am using it as a thrice weekly grip exerciser, as recommended on BBC TV 'Trust me I'm a doctor' to lower my blood pressure, and surprise, surprise, after using it 3 times weekly (as recommended in the programme) for 6 weeks, it seems to have produced a marked lowering in blood pressure.

Poignée robuste, réglage facile. Mon fils est ravi et l'a en permanence à portée de main. C'est d'ailleurs lui qui est préposé à l'ouverture des pots de confitures récalcitrants maintenant ^^

beh dai ci sta visto il prezzo per cui lo ho comprato bello robusto solido pero 40kg non sono troppi secondo me!
