DOA ON Arrival
Never operational right out of the box. New lithium batteries were installed. Tried several different brands and sizes of SD cards just to be sure to problem wasn't on my end. Remote control powered up and kept flashing a "CDC" logo. Ended up just starting from scratch and letting the camera power up on it's own with out using the remote. Still never took a picture. Thankfully Amazon has an easy return policy.

Great camera, but wish they shipped me the model I ordered.
I found the game camera to be great but it would have been closer to perfect if I recieved the model I ordered. The differences in the models allows a bigger memory card and the keyboard attachment (on the better model) allows for video viewing. I ordered the SG550BV and recieved the SG550. Since I was too lazy to return it, I'm now out about $30 since I spent more for the upgraded model and I'm limited with functionality. The keyboard video viewing hasn't been an issue for me (not yet), I use a computer, but memory limits are a problem. I have found that with a 2GB max SD memory card that the videos (at 30 seconds) take up 60MB each so I max out at about 30 videos. The better model (SG550BV) can hold a 4MB SD memory card. I found the quality of both the still pictures and the videos to be excellient! I can put the videos on the computer and pause any part making a picture to print. The motion sensor does great, it even does a good job catching dear/animals walking in the dark. It is small, the smallest game camera I have seen. I'm extremly happy with the game camera but I just wish they would have sent me the correct model in the first place. Linda St. Paul, MN
