Perfect for my cheerleader! It hangs super easy right over the doorway. They only think I would say is I wish it stayed on the door it falls off when you open the door

The media could not be loaded.  It’s been so long since I’ve workout or even stretch in this way and this leg stretcher is amazing. I’m still working on everything but it’s comfortable and easy to use

Very easy to use and set up took only seconds. It definitely helps with stretching, especially if you are starting out or getting back to it.

I use this with my bedroom door which is not solid and it works great.

Good while it lasted, but BOTH metal pieces snapped while stretching (aka broken metal flying through the air, in addition to an embarrassing fall at the gym from shock) I was lucky it didn’t hit me/someone else. You’d think the strap would be designed for some heavy resistance but I guess not.

This is great. I do martial arts and wanted to increase my flexibility. The strap is really strong and durable, simple design but really effective. Cant wait to see progress as I continue to use it.Turned up quickly, great quality. I also use it on the floor for box splits - one foot against something solid, and put the strap under the door instead of on top and pull as you would normally. Multi use!
