Good Computer with a few quirks
My 7th grade daughter purchased the computer with her own money. She reported to like it and said she might buy it again if she needed one in the future. She mainly uses it for word processing, watching videos, and surfing the web. When asked about the negatives, she commented that it did not have a CAPS LOCK and would have preferred it to have a delete button on the keyboard. She found it to be "weird" (her words) that the end of the power cord, where it connected into the computer, was similar to the plug she uses with her phone. As a parent, I worry about this as she easily bends the mental piece when she removes it from her phone. Hopefully, the computer will not be the same. Even so, it seems as if the touch screen and its ability to bend backwards makes up for the other quirks.

It would not turn on within a month
2nd review after a month Update:I had really liked this product until it stopped working. Within one month, chromebook won't turn on and shows a blank screen.First review after one week.. I looked for a chromebook for a long time before I decided to buy acer R13. I was very nervous about buying a renewed item from amazon. I was very impressed with its looks and ease to use. My daughter uses it for her school work and play roblox and pixel art games. She loves everything about this chromebook. I just wish it had a delete button on the keyboard. 5 stars from me for looks and books. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an extra device for themselves or their kids.

Good for the first month
The performance degraded massively after the first month, now I can barely play Spotify by itself. Along with that are a bunch of small annoying quirks like the SD card being really easy to accidentally eject at any time. Not recommended
