FATPack (First Aid Trauma Pack) is a series of medical packs that offer volume-maximizing storage, and instant accessibility. Access your lifesaving contents with one intuitive downward pull! A collaboration with Ken Harper @ Prepare-1, the FATPack 7x10 is 10” (H) x 7.5” (W) x 3.5” (D). It is the perfect size for group FAK, blowout kit, or trauma-based medical kit. It can pack a full range of medical supplies from a full-size SAM splint, elastic bandages, ice packs for immobilization, to medical instruments, tourniquets, hemostats, burn treatment, pressure dressings, etc. Elastic loops over high-viz ripstop pockets in the main compartment’s center and side flaps can secure cylindrical items (e.g. Epipen and airway tubes), saving you precious time when seconds count. Improved shock cord storage ladder on the front flap with a removable fold-out window zipper pocket (7.5” W x 5.5” H) for small items. Exterior MOLLE/PALS provides quick access to high-priority items. A large slip pocket with MOLLE-Air structure can be used as loop ID panel for blood type or other patches. Sturdy grab handle unzips dual #8 YKK zippers and hook-and-loop fastener. MOLLE back panel let you attach FATPack using MOLLE Sticks (*optional), or convert it to a hook-and-loop attachment using the MOHL-Air adapter panel (*optional). FATPack’s versatility will make sure your lifesaving gear goes wherever you go!

I cannot say enough how high the level of quality is with all my vanquest gear I have purchased. This gear is much better than the standard issue I have received from the military. Very well thought out trauma kit, enough pouches and tie downs I need for any emergency.

Fireline Worthy
I was in search of a med bag that would attatch to my fireline pack. I am a Wildland Firefighter and need something tough and versatile. I am super impressed with this pouch. It holds way more than I expected and the build quality is exceptional. I have had it in the rain and in the dust, yet my med supplies stay clean and ready to go. Absolutely worth every penny and I expect it to last a long while. I will say that if you stuff it too much the quick deployment suffers a bit, but that is user error in my opinion. Added some pull tabs to it for easier deployment. If you are riding the fence, don't, just buy one. I really like how it displays the contents not only on the way it folds out, but the orange fabric inside makes everything stand out.

Perfect size for the application.
This kit is perfect for what I was building.I am Remote EMT certified and was working to build a kit that could sustain a back country trip of 5 for about a week. The kit needed to countain both imminent life saving gear such as a TQ, quick clot, epipens, etc, along with minor injury and illness prevention so that a blister, wound, or upset tummy doesn't ruin the trip either. The kit had to keep the gear organized and accessible without having to dump the whole kit. The kit needed to be small enough to carry inside the pack but able to be carried on a waist belt incase extra room or excursions were needed. This kit fit all the gear perfectly, it keeps everything organized, and everything is easy to access.Only downside (can't win it all). My understanding from the description is that this is water/sand resistant with resistant zippers, but I'm not sold on that so everything lives in bags. Below are photos of the kit loaded to give you an idea of size and some of the contents (though the picture is missing a few items.

I love it...
Perfect size for a comprehensive trauma kit. Plus a few extra goodies. For anyone reading this I can comfortably hold in the is pack: (1)- celox gauze, Mylar blanket, israelí bandage, pair of chest seals, soft t tourniquet, trauma shears, in the zipper pouch is some iodine wipes bandaids, moleskin, ibuprofen, medical tape, tweezers and a few Luther ointments. Oooh by the way there’s room for a bit more. Don’t forget or overlook the fact that there is a Velcro pocket in the front. Right above the vanquest logo is where the slit is located. All in all a great pack I just wish vanquest would maybe sell a strap that you can attach to it and carry it solely as an even more EDC friendly trauma kit.

Expensive but worth it
Okay, this is a but pricey, but I love it. It will last forever, survive motor-cycle crashes and what-not, and protect your first aid kit. At first it seems a bit small, but I can get a nice amount of first aid supplies in this thing, including among other things a full size SAM splint. I wouldn't want it any bigger for my purposes, to take it with me on all my backpacking and motorcycle trips. I like all the pockets and straps to keep everything organized, including the straps on the outside, and how it opens up in a jiffy to make it all easily accessible.Overall, it's everything that is described and I'm happy with it.

A must buy!
Product arrived quickly and I was impressed from the start. I ordered two for car IFAKS began to load them up and up and up. Lots of functional, pockets, loops and bands. Great contrasting color on the inside to readily recognize items in low light. Zippers are high quality, construction is meticulous. I've owned many competative brands and wished i'd have spent the money on these from the get go. Buy this, skip the rest, the closest in quality is Maxpedition and In my humble opinion this product is a much better product. Id buy again and will do so for the smaller packs for my vests for all family members.

Does not attach to a regular 1.5" belt without buying additional items
Wish this was just a little bit larger, but it works well. Opening is intuitive and can't find anything else on the market that opens like this one. The only drawback is the loops on the back are only setup for military attachment (MOLLE or whatever) and you would need to buy something to attach it to a regular belt. I emailed Vanquest and they suggested "MALICE CLIPS" which work well. Would have given 5 stars if able to attach to pretty much any belt without buying something extra.

Great Pack for Guiding
I am a outdoor guide, and this bag is perfect for everything I need to carry for small groups. I love how you can open it up and it lays everything out for you to work with. No more searching in pockets, it is all in front of you to see. I also like how you can attach trauma shears to the outside for easy access. The molle is also nice, it is not over bearing and is in places that are useful.

Vanquest, ottima marca
